So, the other day I bought a "Smooth Away" I figured it might work, because I have the Ped-Egg and it works really well.
I was very disappointed. It's much more convenient to shave. It takes so long to actually "smooth away" all the hair. You have to go in circles over your legs, and you have to go four times in a clockwise motion, and four in a counter-clockwise motion. And there are parts of my leg that are just easier to reach with a razor. It did actually make my legs rather smooth though, after I was done. Then I moved onto my armpits, the small applicator just does not work. At all. It's horrible. I ended up using a razor for them.
Then later that day, they were all stubbly again! It was totally ridiculous! My legs stay smoother longer when I just shave them regularly.
It's a total waste of money and I do not recommend you use this at all.

i stick to shaving all the time, the thought of waxing terrifys me lol!! at least i know what i'm doing when i'm shaving. And it is quickier than most. x
ReplyDeleteOkay, I admit I tried it too after a friend raved about it. It was awful! I think all I did was give myself scratchy skin! :(
